Shipping

Everything ships from Brisbane, Australia, with Australia Post and tracking. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order. The delivery times below start from dispatch and are Australia Post's estimates, not promises.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

• Standard: usually 2–4 business days. A$12, or A$25 if your order includes a yoga mat.
• Express: usually 1–2 business days. A$16, or A$33 if your order includes a yoga mat.

WORLDWIDE

We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Canada, usually in 7–14 business days. The price depends on the packed weight of your order and is shown at checkout. A single piece of jewellery costs A$18 to New Zealand, A$21 to Singapore or Japan and A$24 to Canada; an order with one yoga mat costs A$54, A$79 or A$88. DUTIES AND TAXES

Our prices don't include import taxes or duties. Most orders to New Zealand, Singapore and Japan arrive without extra charges, but larger orders to Japan may attract consumption tax. Orders to Canada attract GST/HST, possible duties and a Canada Post handling fee. Any of these are set by your country's customs service and paid by you on delivery.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Pieces marked Conjured to Order are made after you order and ship within 3–4 weeks. The delivery times above start once the piece is finished and dispatched.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo, if it's damaged). We'll sort it out with Australia Post and send a replacement or a refund. Please check your address at checkout: we can't be responsible for a parcel sent to an address that was entered wrongly, but we'll help however we can.

PACKAGING

Jewellery ships in a kraft box with black tissue and a handwritten artifact tag. Yoga mats ship rolled in a recycled tube.
