Terms

These terms cover buying from Astral Attic, a registered business name run from Brisbane, Australia (ABN 19 632 797 274). By placing an order you agree to them.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in Australian dollars. Astral Attic isn't registered for GST, so no GST is included or charged. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order; we never see your card details.

YOUR ORDER

Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. Most pieces are one of a kind or made in small numbers, so if something sells out or a price is clearly shown in error, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

READY-TO-SHIP PIECES

Pieces marked Made & Waiting are already made. They are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES AND REQUESTS

Pieces marked Conjured to Order are made after you order and ship within 3–4 weeks. You can cancel for a full refund until we start making the piece; email us and we'll tell you if it's already begun. For pieces made to your own brief, we agree the details and the price with you by email before anything is made, and nothing is charged until you agree.

ONE OF ONE

Pieces marked One of One are single pieces that won't be made again.

HANDMADE DIFFERENCES

Everything is made by hand, often from natural stones, so colours, markings and sizes vary a little from the photos and from screen to screen. That is part of the piece, not a fault.

STORIES, NOT PROMISES

The lore, stone meanings and intentions on this site are stories and folklore, offered for enjoyment. No piece is promised to change your health, luck or life, and nothing we sell is a substitute for medical or professional advice.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND FAULTS

See the shipping policy and the returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

ARTWORK AND DESIGNS

The paintings, designs, photos and words on this site are ours. Buying a piece doesn't give you the right to copy or reproduce its design.

CHANGES AND LAW

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
